BrandForge Privacy Policy

Who we are

The operator of this BrandForge deployment is responsible for this policy. Contact details for privacy requests and support appear on the Help page.

What we collect

  • Account data: email address and credentials you provide when registering.
  • Brand briefs: text and choices you submit for generation (name, industry, preferences, optional website URL, notes).
  • Payment metadata: Stripe customer and payment references; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Product usage: project status, kit versions, optional splash-page settings you save, and similar workspace data.
  • Marketing signup (optional): if you submit the public newsletter form, we store the email address you provide for product updates (not a paid product).
  • Support messages: if you use the authenticated contact form, we process the contents, your account email, and technical context you attach.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session). Where enabled, we may load Google Analytics (or similar) measurement scripts on public and app pages; your browser may send data to Google as described in Google’s policies. Your host can disable analytics by configuration (for example clearing the measurement ID).

Processors and service providers

We use third parties to run the service, including where applicable:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Hosting and database — storage and execution of the application.
  • Email (SMTP) — delivery of help form messages to our support inbox.
  • Optional AI providers — when configured, to assist with generation (for example brief or logo-related processing). Content you submit may be sent to those providers under their terms.
  • Google Analytics — when enabled, for aggregated usage statistics.

We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases (UK / EEA)

Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract (to provide the service you request), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and support), and consent where we ask it (for example optional marketing signup or non-essential cookies if we add a dedicated banner).

Retention

We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention obligations. Marketing signups are kept until you ask us to delete them. You may request deletion of your account data subject to any legal holds.

International transfers

Processors may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) offered by those vendors.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us through the Help page to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Children

BrandForge is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the heading date or site notice will reflect significant changes.
