BrandForge Terms and Conditions

1. Service

BrandForge provides automated brand asset generation and optional website compliance materials.

2. Payments

All purchases are one-time payments. Each brand generation is priced in USD as shown at checkout (currently $9.99 unless otherwise stated). Optional compliance packages are charged separately.

3. No refunds

Due to the nature of digital and AI-generated products, all sales are final. Once a brand or compliance pack has been generated, no refunds will be issued.

4. Usage

You are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use generated assets for personal or commercial use, subject to these terms.

5. AI-generated content

Outputs are generated using automated systems and may not be unique. We do not guarantee originality, fitness for a particular purpose, or trademark availability.

6. Legal content disclaimer

Compliance documents (for example Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy) are provided for general guidance only and do not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and for obtaining professional review.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandForge shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of generated assets or documents.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
